Skip the cold email.
Three steps to a warm intro.
Tell us who you need to reach.
Describe the person and why you want to meet them. Set a reward. Your bank puts a hold on it, like a hotel deposit. We never take the money.
A connector who knows them takes a look.
Super-connectors see your request, not your name. If one of them knows the right person and thinks it's a genuine fit for both of you, they'll offer to make the intro. If nobody does, the hold is released and you've lost nothing but the posting fee.
You meet. They get paid.
The person accepts the intro, confirming who they are. You approve it. Only then does the hold become a charge, and the connector gets the reward.

Why cold outreach stopped working
Sending messages is free, so everyone sends them. Reply rates have collapsed, and every unanswered email costs you a little credibility.
A warm intro is different. When someone the other person trusts says "you two should talk," people say yes. We've built the place where those intros happen: with verified identities, private networks, and money that only moves when the intro is real.
