What it costs.
The two charges
1. The posting fee
A small, flat fee, charged when you post and shown before you confirm. Covers identity verification and running the platform. Not refundable, even if no one takes your request.
2. Our cut of the reward
You set the reward. If a connector delivers and you approve the intro, we take a small success cut and the connector keeps the rest. The exact split is shown on your quote before you confirm. No intro, no cut.
Where your money actually is
- 01.
When you post: the posting fee is charged. The reward is not. Your bank places a hold on it, like a hotel deposit.
- 02.
While the request is open:the hold sits with your bank. We can't touch it. It isn't in our account, and it never will be unless you approve an intro.
- 03.
If an intro happens and you approve it: the hold becomes a charge. The connector gets the reward minus our cut, paid out through Stripe.
- 04.
If nothing happens:the hold is released by your bank automatically. There's no refund to chase, because no money ever left.
